Introduction
We received this masturbator from Erovenus in exchange for a review at the end of April this year. Their Orgasm Pro series of toys bridges the gap between a high quality sleeve and a realistic doll or torso. We received the Step Sister variant which is realistically detailed, and intricately textured to the same standards of the Quinn torso we reviewed Summer of 2025. It arrived in an unmarked cardboard box and was well taped up to prevent any damage. Inside there was soft foam wrapped around the stroker and its storage bag. We always love when a proper storage bag is included!
We gave the Orgasm Pro a thorough wash to remove any residues from manufacturing, and we immediately noticed how well the silicone retained heat. It stayed warm while we took photos and measurements. The textured interior is very detailed combining small nubs and multiple ridges. It’s a combination of realistic feeling with the bumps and nubs for extra intensity. Lube is a must with silicone toys, we used a few different water based lubes to see how they performed. Avoid silicone lube with silicone toys unless you like degradation melted puddles! Being closed ended, this is where the cleaning and maintenance side of high end toys comes into play. We’ve tried this masturbator a few different ways and found a few tricks to make your experience that much better.
Unboxing Experience
The Orgasm Pro Step Sister arrived in an unmarked box. There was no damage to the box or contents on arrival. Carefully opening the tape, some thin foram was wrapped around the stroker and its storage bag. With a big push towards sustainable packaging practices, we appreciated that all of the materials could be recycled in our area. Easy, simple, and no unnecessary extras.
We washed the stroker to take off any residue from manufacturing (an important step with all new toys!) and started taking photos.
Product Overview
This stroker is over 3 pounds of silicone that has been carefully molded to look as realistic as possible. It’s a little bit larger than a Fleshlight sleeve, but not quite as long. The inner thighs and prominent pubic mound are firm but compress during use to give a very realistic sensation. The inner sleeve wasn’t left out with the realistic design. The texture uses ridges and folds to simulate a real vagina, and they’ve added small bumps and nubs to add extra stimulation throughout the canal. From their website, it appears they have used the ultra-soft variant of their silicone blends. It has noticeably more flexibility and give than the firmer silicone used in the Quinn torso we looked at previously.
The sleeve is close ended which gives excellent suction as you use it. EroVenus has added a slight texture to the outside so if lube gets on it, you’re still able to hang on without much trouble. One of the design points we really enjoyed was the ridge between the bottom of the canal and the anus would be. If you pull out all the way, this little ridge guides you right back into the sleeve without fumbling around trying to get the proper angles. It works whether you have the sleeve set up for missionary, doggy, or on it’s side. Some sleeves we’ve tested, this has been a real difficulty for staying engaged and present during a session. Not so with this one thankfully.
Build Quality and Materials
High grade silicone, ultra realistic design, holds heat for an entire session, and just flexible enough not to tear so far during use. With high grade silicone, it is noticeably firmer than their TPE counterparts. One of the reasons I’ve positioned this toy as a bridge between traditional strokers like Kiiroo, Fleshlight, or Tenga, is the weight and thickness of the materials. A typical Fleshlight is around 600-700g, and the Orgasm Pro line is 1400g, nearly 2.5x heavier! We found that it retained heat for a very long time while we took our photos. During actual use, a 10 minute soak in the sink with some warm water was all we needed to retain the heat for over 30 minutes.
Cleaning is simple, but does need a bit more effort than a standard sleeve. We’ve got the details a little further in our review.
Performance
If you pre warm the sleeve and lube, it’s about the closest toy I’ve used to feeling like the real thing so far. Being a stroker, there seems to not be much to it. Add lube, and go to town, right? This is where we have come to appreciate the little nuances of higher end toys. Initial entry is easy and the entrance is molded in such a way that it kept the lube inside the tunnel for the entire session. We tried some playtime in the shower, and ended up needing to reapply lube several times. This isn’t so much a toy issue as something to be expected if you take stroker toys into the shower with you.
The little ridge under the canal entrance where the anus would be is perfectly positioned to guide you inside the toy. Full size dolls and torsos, and some of the offset entrance sleeves can be a bit tricky to slide back into if you happen to pop out during play. Not an issues with this new line of Orgasm Pro strokers. We tried to see how it worked positioned upright, upside down to simulate rear entry or doggy, and with the toy on it’s side. In each case, we were able to easily re enter the sleeve with zero issues.
The extra weight of the material gives a very satisfying ball smacking sound and feel if you up your intensity during a play session. This is not something you normally experience on a regular sleeve and is part of that bridging experience towards a doll or torso. There are some feelings and sensations that only come with heavier toys. We have on order a strap attachment that should allow me to try this with a Hismith Premium 3.0 sex machine. Cleaning, Maintenance, and Storage
Cleaning is simple, but it’s no longer a quick rinse and dry as the textures are much more detailed than a standard stroker, and it’s close ended. This is where having a peri bottle is a life saver. For cleaning, we usually start by running several bottles of warm water through the canal to flush out any lube or fluids. Then we use warm water, mild toy cleaner or soap, and use my fingers to work it into every area. A few more bottles of clean, warm water and you’re done!
Drying is very important on closed ended toys. I tried just setting it out to air dry, and that did not work. Moisture was still inside the sleeve overnight. Drying rods worked great, we tried again the following day to check drying time, and it was around 4 hours for us. Finally I tried a USB drying fan and warmer which ran into the issue of air getting out. Because of how tight the entrance is , the tiny fan wasn’t able to fully exhaust the moisture and it shut down for thermal protection after 30 minutes. I’d stick with the drying rods, they cheap, easy, and they work.
Verdict
We thoroughly enjoyed testing this stroker and getting to experience a step up in the sleeve world. We started looking at the EroVenus lineup last summer and were very impressed with their Quinn torso. With the Step Sister model in their Orgasm Pro line, we had high expectations, and EroVenus delivered. The ultra realistic molding and colouring, the design considerations to make using it easier, and the texture of the tunnel all come together in an excellent package.
So is it worth it? In our opinion, yes. If you love using FeelStars sleeves, Fleshlights, or other stroker sleeves and have been looking for something with a bit more realistic, this is absolutely the way to go.
