Introduction
This was my first auto-stroker purchase ever, back in May of 2019. I was familiar with all different types of sex toys, but this was my first truly interactive stroker. As we near the 7 year mark of owning this I feel like a long term review is finally in order. The Titan uses 3 flexible rods with 3 vibrators each (totaling 9 vibrators!) that insert into specially designed sleeves that give one of the most unique sensations even compared to today’s newer toys. Controls are simple, cycling through manual and a Bluetooth mode. The design is dated, and the battery life doesn’t meet today’s needs for charging time vs. play as well as it could, but it lasted for 7 years before my first issue came up.
Unboxing Experience
The Titan comes in a branded package with information detailing the specifications, connectivity options, a featured image of the product. I don’t quite recall what was on my box when we received it, however Kiiroo has moved to a Porn Star experience package now highlighting their interactive content. Same Titan, fancier box, and still has all the same inserts and charging cord included.
Product Overview
The Titan has 9 vibrators arranged into three sets of three. They are arranged in such a way that you can control the lower, middle, and upper ones somewhat independently. There are several sleeve options depending on what tightness level you prefer. I will say that this is for average or narrower users, as the entrance is fairly snug. If you’re on the larger size, stick with the Keon, as this may be a bit uncomfortable for you.
Controls are handled by a single button and three touch sensitive pads. This is a fairly common feature now, but when it was first launched it was very unique and was one of the few touch sensitive controlled toys in the market that actually worked. Its still working even now.
Performance
Overall performance is pretty decent. The variation in vibrations from low to high is quite substantial. You can have anything from a deep rumble to a mid/high buzz or set it using the Feel Connect app to anything in between. You can use the touch sensitive pads to change the pace and intensity in manual mode, but you get more customization options if you user your phone.
I haven’t tried the tight sleeve, so I can’t speak to it, but the regular sleeve is excellent. It has a ribbed texture and is open ended. There isn’t any suction with this stroker, and there aren’t any ways to use the other FeelStars sleeves or PowerBlow directly attached to it unfortunately. As a quiet standalone stroker though, it does just fine.
Battery life is alright, it might give you an hour tops after a full charge if you use medium settings. On high I get about 35-40 minutes.
I’d give overall stimulation a 7/10 for intensity. The feeling is more like a gloved handjob vs. oral or penetrative sex.
Cleaning, Maintenance, and Storage
Cleaning can be a bit tricky with the Titan, and you need to be very careful with the vibrating rods. They are only attached by their sheath and the wires inside. It took 7 years for mine to finally break, so it will last if you use care. Slowly work the vibrators out of the sleeve and give the case a wipe down with a damp cloth. You cannot get the Titan wet in a sink, rinse it, or soak it. It does not have a waterproof rating unfortunately.
Washing the sleeve is as simple as some mild soap and water. Rinse out the holes for the vibrators well to keep any gunk out. Drying is a simple process, I use a drying rod but even an old electric toothbrush to keep it upright would work as well. I let it air dry for a few hours, then i reassemble.
I put a drop of water based lube in each vibrator hole to help make insertion easier. Squishing the air out as you insert the vibrators can help them along fairly easily. Then the Titan goes back on the charger for another day!
Comparison
I would put the Titan on par with the LELO F1S. They both offer unique sensations that use vibrations in some way to create different sensations. I’ve owned both for years, and find that I’ll reach for the F1S if there’s any shower play as it has a higher waterproof rating, and I’ll stick with the Titan for when quietness and and being discrete is what’s needed.
Verdict
Considering how pervasive throw-away culture is, having a product that can last years, especially if you buy it on sale, is great to see. The best use case for this toy is for interactive videos and a 30-40 minute session where you have a bit of time to spare. It pairs extremely well with the interactive Challenge type or JOI videos and it is fully compatible with remote play which might appeal to students or travelers. If you can get it on sale, you wont be disappointed!
