Design and Build

The PowerBlow has a heavy, solid feel when you pick it up. It’s roughly the size of a thick thermos, with a textured body that makes it easy to grip during use. Most of the housing is matte plastic, and while it lacks discretion in terms of size, it’s clean and modern look don’t look out of place on a bookshelf.

The Powerblow screws onto the base of the Kiiroo cases. It will fit the standard case, Pocket Stroker case, the Compatibility case (Fleshlight owners take note!), and the latest PowerShot case. There is a thin O ring that you can use to reduce air leaks, although it fits well, so losing it isn’t the end of the world thankfully.
At the base, you’ll find a small control panel with three simple buttons: power, suction mode, and a quick-release valve. No confusing settings or modes. Everything is physical and immediate.

Suction Control

The PowerBlow uses a built-in motor to create a vacuum chamber around the internal sleeve. Once it’s sealed around your shaft, it draws air out in controlled pulses, pulling you deeper into the sleeve and tightening the walls around you. There are three intensity levels to choose from. All three offer differing suction levels, but they vary in how quickly and deeply they draw in air.

Even the lowest setting offers strong pull. The highest setting is intense to the point that I had to back off a few times mid-session.
The suction is consistent, and I found that it works well with the setting at 80% for 4 seconds of suction and paired with the FeelMe AI app.  You feel the toy engaging and working throughout the session, and it keeps tension until you either power it off or hit the release button.

Internal Texture

We bought this as part of the pocket stroker bundle. The standard sleeve features a uniform ribbed texture and twisting section hat works in tandem with the suction. On its own, the texture is not highly stimulating, as the material is quite soft. There are no complex chambers or varied zones, but the ribs catch lube well and help create a seal during use.

Because the suction does most of the sensation work, the texture here serves more to enhance grip than to provide stimulation by itself. It gives just enough resistance to keep you engaged without overwhelming the session. It was most certainly engineered to be used with the PowerBlow unless you’re after a more extended play session.
The sleeve holds its shape during use and doesn’t collapse or fold, even under max suction. There’s also no noticeable odor or tackiness after cleaning, which is a good sign for the long-term material quality.

User Experience

Using the PowerBlow is simple and intuitive. Once lubed, you insert and press the suction button to cycle through the modes. There’s no warm-up period or app pairing needed. It is way better with the app even if you use the free Feel Connect one.
The toy can be used hands-free, especially if you’re sitting or reclining. The grip is strong enough to hold itself in place once sealed, and the suction creates a locked-in feeling that intensifies naturally over time. Sessions tend to last a bit longer than manual or vibration-based toys, but the payoff is satisfying.

There’s also a quick-release button that vents the vacuum instantly. It’s useful when you need to reposition, cool down, or finish without the full suction pressure. The button releases pressure immediately without any lag.
One thing to note: the PowerBlow is fairly loud on the highest setting. The motor creates a rhythmic hum and hiss as it cycles, and the suction itself makes a noticeable pop when you break the seal. It’s not the kind of toy you can use silently in the next room. That said, the sound is consistent and doesn’t change pitch or glitch during use. You may be alright in a dorm setting if you turn on some music or a TV to mask the sound.

Cleaning and Charging

Cleaning the PowerBlow is straightforward. The internal sleeve pulls out easily, and the smooth texture inside makes it quick to rinse with warm water and mild soap. Drying can take a little while if you don’t flip it inside out, but the material doesn’t trap moisture or feel sticky afterward.
There are no complicated grooves or parts to disassemble. Just rinse, pat dry, and let it air out. Be mindful of keeping the PowerBlow upright so you don’t leak fluids into the suction mechanism. The manual is very clear about keeping moisture out of the unit. Be sure to use the filters included with the  product!

Charging is handled via USB and connects at the base of the unit. A full charge takes a couple of hours and provides several sessions of use. I’ve gone a week or more between charges without seeing a drop in performance.
