Introduction

“Feel Every Stroke”. This is the statement Kiiroo has rolled out for their latest flagship product release, the Keon 2. The Keon 1 originally released in late 2020 as the latest and greatest sex machine for remote play and interactivity. Over the last 6 years, Kiiroo has expanded the “Keon Ecosystem” including new attachments to give users PowerBlow (suction) and PowerShot (vibration).

The design team in Amsterdam has taken user feedback to heard when designing the updated Keon 2 stroker. From the product briefing we were provided, the Keon 2 is 164% faster, has 36% more stroking range, 300 strokes per minute, 3hr battery and USB-charging with wall power (100w power adapter needed), bluetooth and wifi, and can accommodate stroker cases from most major brands (Fleshlight included!). We are on the waiting list for a unit of our own to put through Rocky’s Workbench and verify this information for ourselves.

While we wait, lets see what Kiiroo has given us and learn about the Keon 2.

Unboxing Experience

Taking a look at the packaging, it follows the blue and orange colour scheme that Kiiroo has shifted to for 2026. Designed to catch your eye on a brick and mortar store shelf, the design uses large graphics and a very large and easy to read number “2” across one side. The rear panel is where we find information about features, connectivity, and accessories. The big push with this launch is the connectivity and online content syncing. Between FeelMe Ai, the free FeelConnect AP, and VR integration Kiiroo pulled out all the stops.

Per the Kiiroo Website, the Keon 2 will include:

  • Keon 2 masturbator
  • Feel Stroker (depending on your pre-order selection)
  • Kiiroo Stroker Fit (Kiiroo Stroker Attachment)
  • USB-C Charging Cable
  • Quickstart Guide
  • Free FeelConnect app

It was brought to our attention in a pre-release email that you will need a 100 watt USB-C adapter which allows for those longer play times.

Product Overview

At its core, the Keon 2 is an automatic stroker that can run on its own with Automatic, Manual, and Custom modes. It also works with the entire existing Keon Ecosystem (PowerShot, PowerBlow, FeelMe AI, Feel Connect app). The Keon 2 is positioned to directly compete with the Handy lineup, Autoblow, and get us ever closer to recreating that perfectly synced Demolition Man experience.

The Feel Connect app had the Stamina Training feature added shortly after the PowerShot came out. We tested it at the very early stages and found it was ok at best. That said, we will need to retest that now that more updates have come out and of course test the feature with the Keon 2.

When we receive our unit, we will update this page with our Rocky’s Workbench results. Words cannot express how excited we are….

Build Quality and Materials

The wishlists of Keon 1 users across reddit, Discord, and other forums have had their ideas incorporated into the final design.

Buttons hard to reach in the back?

All buttons are now on the front.

Want an easy to use pause button?

Added.

What about the USB power mod for plugged in power?

USB-C charging and direct wall power added. Thermal protection has been added too, with shut down at 90°C .

I wish it was quieter and didn’t vibrate at speed?

Upgraded motor mounts and internals to do just that. I’m excited to see a teardown for this stroker.

If you look closely at the product images from the side, they’ve upgraded the grip so it should be much easier to hold on to when the lube starts flying. We had that issue with the Keon 1, as the wavy texture worked fine until things got slippery. It will be interesting to test this in person and see just how much of a difference teh texture change makes. I’m also curious to see how the new sleeve mounting system works. It is clearly better designed with heavier duty mounts. On the website it mentions a maintenance kit for this machine. When it becomes available, we will order one, and show you how every part of it works.

Comparison

What better way to compare the Keon 2 than to its predecessor, the Keon 1.

Numerous standout features have been included, so let’s break them down and what they mean for you and whether or not this is worth spending your money on this summer.

So what?

We now have an auto-stroker that connects with nearly zero lag time, can stroke slower, faster, and deeper than previously with better control and battery life. Sounds good to me.

Who is the Keon 2 Meant For?

Lovers of Interactive Content

You are a person who loves the latest in high tech. You love using VR or are thinking about getting into it, you love the challenge of creating custom scripts, or you just enjoy interacting with online content.

You love taking flight with a Fleshlight, or you already have a collection from Doc Johnson, Intimaly, or other favorites. The universal strap is adjustable and can accomodate pretty much any hard cased stroker out there. When we get our unit in the mail, we will absolutely test this.

You’re on a trip, travel for work, or may living apart from your partner, and want to have that feeling of connection. Turn on your video call, plug in the Keon 2 to the wall, and you can spend the entire night together virtually.

You  are well acquainted with the virtual world. Gaming, VR, RPG’s, and love the feeling of total immersion. Earlier this year, game development team Candy Valley Network, announced an exclusive partnership with Kiiroo for their game launch in August. The details are still only trickling in, but the Keon 2 pre-orders should arrive just in time for game launch. Wild Life (Steam)

You want something reliable, that will let you sync up to any content you want, or have available to wind down after a long day. Even if you forgot to put it on the charger, it now plugs straight into the wall for zero wait time.

Why Should I Stick with the Keon 1 instead?

  • If you don’t use a smartphone or care about app connectivity, you won’t get the most out of the Keon 2’s new features. That said, physical upgrades (stroke speed, depth, and constant power) still make this a hard choice for manual power users that prefer intense offline sessions.
  • You already own one! I’ve been super happy with my Keon 1. It’s a solid machine with a few drawbacks now covered in the updated lineup.
  • You need to save up for it.  Perfectly reasonable, nost likely no sales until the end of the year at best.

Interview - RMTR Exclusive!

As part of the release of the Keon 2, some of us were granted the opportunity to submit questions to the Kiiroo development team. Antonio Lo Presti, Creative Director at Kiiroo, took the time to answer some of our questions. We appreiciate the time taken to give us a benind the scenes look at the Keon 2.

Question 1. What were the biggest hardware or mechanical upgrades in the Keon 2 compared to the original Keon, and what specific user feedback or pain points drove those changes?

Three things drove the hardware brief: speed, range, and power. Users wanted more of all three, and the original had real ceilings in each area. The motor is significantly more powerful — 300 strokes per minute versus the original — and the stroke mechanism was redesigned to deliver 36% more range, which changes the sensation profile completely. The dual power system came directly from user frustration with session interruptions. Battery life anxiety is a real thing in this category, and plugged-in operation eliminates it entirely. Ergonomically, the grip and weight distribution were reconsidered from the ground up so the device works with the body rather than against it during extended use.

Speed versus noise. At the motor performance levels we were targeting, acoustic management becomes a genuine engineering challenge — the faster the mechanism, the more vibration you’re trying to contain within the casing. We spent a significant amount of development time on damping and internal structure to keep the noise profile acceptable at high speeds. The resolution wasn’t a single fix — it was a combination of motor mounting, casing geometry, and material choices that together brought it to a level we were satisfied with. We didn’t want users managing volume instead of enjoying the experience.

Continuous high-speed operation was a primary test condition — not the kind of use that ends after a few minutes, but sustained sessions at maximum performance. Heat management was a specific focus because the dual power system and a more powerful motor together generate more thermal load than the original. The device had to stay within safe operating temperatures under those conditions without throttling performance. We also tested the mechanism itself for cycle fatigue — the stroke system goes through an enormous number of repetitions over a product’s lifetime, and structural integrity under that kind of repeated stress has to be proven before anything ships.

The move to WiFi + Bluetooth dual connectivity was the most meaningful change here. Bluetooth alone has inherent limitations in stability and range, particularly in environments with interference. Adding WiFi gives users a more reliable connection for scripted and interactive content, which matters enormously when sync accuracy is part of the experience. Latency in script synchronization was something we looked at closely — the gap between what’s happening on screen and what the device is doing is something users feel immediately, even if they can’t articulate it technically. Tightening that response was a priority for the interactive community specifically.

The modular outer shell system. The idea was to allow users to swap grip panels for different textures or colorways — a personalisation layer that made a lot of sense conceptually. It didn’t make this version because the casing modifications required created structural and sealing compromises we weren’t willing to accept at high stroke speeds. But the thinking behind it hasn’t gone away. Personalisation and accessory expansion are clearly where the category is heading, and that work will inform both future accessories and how we think about the physical architecture of the next generation.

The ecosystem depth. A spec sheet shows motor speed and stroke range — it doesn’t show you seven years of FeelMe content partnerships, script libraries, real-time sync infrastructure, and a connected device ecosystem that the Keon 2 plugs straight into. Competitors can match individual hardware metrics. They can’t replicate what’s been built around the hardware. The other thing that doesn’t show up in a demo is long-term reliability. The Keon platform has been through over a million users. That’s a durability and real-world performance dataset that a newer entrant simply doesn’t have.

The table clamp changes the product entirely for hands-free use. When you remove the physical effort of holding the device, the experience shifts completely — users can focus entirely on the content rather than managing the hardware. It’s one of those accessories that feels optional until you’ve used it, and then it feels essential. It also opens up VR use cases in a way that’s genuinely immersive rather than compromised. For anyone serious about the interactive category, it’s not really optional.

That it’s honest. Every upgrade is measurable and felt — we didn’t ship a refresh with new packaging and call it a generation. The performance is faster. The range is wider. The power system is genuinely unlimited. The compatibility is broader. Each of those things changes the experience in a way users will notice immediately. For a team that’s been building in this category for over a decade, shipping something that clearly earns its version number — that’s what we’re most proud of.

Verdict

There is an interview with Feel Group’s CEO , Toon Timmermans, where he describes the idea of teledildonics came from the movie Demolition Man, which led to Kiiroo’s creation in 2013 [Medium, 2025]. The goal and ambition to bring people together remotely has clearly carried through to the Keon 2 and the supporting ecosystem.

It’s hard to give my thoughts on something I’ve not yet held in front of me. However, in reviewing dozens of Kiiroo products, I’ve found that the measurements, specifications, and descriptions are extremely accurate. We weight each product we test to make sure you have accurate information to make decisions, and if I recall the PowerShot was off by 5 grams from the listed weight. This tells me the spec sheet we were given is one I would trust.

Of course when our unit arrives, we will update this page with actually recorded information and data, from out Workbench. Until then, we wait patiently.
