Introduction
We bought the Fully Loaded Kayley Gunner sleeve as part of a package with 5 additional sleeves. I had a Turbo sleeve when they first came out, loved it, and wanted to expand the product lines we review. Gunner is a big name in the adult content world. She retired from the US military after 5 years of service in 2019. She started her adult career in 2020 and has continued to grow as a creator.
We chose to order this sleeve without a case to save on storage space. Next time, we will order the case. The clamshell cases are great if you’re on a budget or are replacing old and worn sleeves, but the inconvenience of storage and inability to have constant airflow is a big downside. Lesson learned.
This sleeve is molded directly from Gunner herself. The texture is highly detailed. The entrance is slightly offset which improves suction and lube retention. The first textured section has a combination of ridges and stacked bumps that provide instant stimulation. The centre uses a pixelated texture that briefly opens and finally finishes with three chambers that have offset ribs to really lock in.
This has been the closest to a realistic feeling sleeve that we’ve tested for vaginal, oral, or anal simulation. Pre-warming the sleeve and lube, and eyes closed, it’s a near exact experience for real penetrative sex.
Unboxing Experience
Unboxing the Kayley Gunner Fully Loaded sleeve was fairly simple. We ordered the caseless version which arrives in a plastic clamshell stapled at the top. Its very basic and doesn’t really provide good long term storage options especially if you live in a humid environment. In future, we will probably stick with ordering the sleeve with case to make things easier. That being said, this is still a great option for the budget conscious or those replacing a worn sleeve.
Product Overview
The Kayley Gunner Fully Loaded Sleeve is a powerhouse of a sleeve. It grips you, the most realistic feeling textures we’ve ever tested so far, and its molded directly from Kayley herself. The offset entrance is one of favorite types of sleeve design compared to the straight through style. The suction is better and there’s less lube loss over a longer session. Bonus, when you flip the sleeve 180 degrees it does actually feel like you’re partaking in some rear entry fun. The textures are highly detailed and quite complex. The ridges and textures hold lube extremely well. The majority of the intense stimulation is within the first 4 inches so everyone can enjoy this sleeve. During use we found that having the cap slightly unscrewed to have a slight bit of suction felt the most intense. Fully closed, and the soft material almost grips a little too hard to really appreciate all the different textures. Fully open and it becomes a sleeve well suited to longer play sessions or edge training.
Performance
This sleeve is excellent at simulating a realistic experience with penetrative sex. Pre warm the sleeve, pre warm the lube, and dive in. Where it shines is with a slightly loosened end cap on the case to allow for a small bit of suction on the outstroke. Absolute chef’s- kiss. Compared to the other fleshlights we’ve been testing, this is definitely ahead for overall stimulation.
Cleaning, Maintenance, and Storage
Fleshlight uses a proprietary blend of materials that is very soft compared to some of the other sleeves on the market. This means that while their sleeves feel more realistic, they require more in depth cleaning, rinsing, and drying, to ensure no nasties or mold take up residence. We found that the material became stickier when we used antibacterial soap vs a dedicated toy cleaner, so we will need to add more toy cleaner to our under sink assortment of lotions and potions. So far after a month of ownership, no mold growth and the stickiness doesn’t seem to be an issue during use with adequate lube application. One option is the renewal powder or cornstarch prior to storage, bust make sure the sleeve is properly dry or you’ll get clumping, and be sure to wash the sleeve before use.
Comparison
Here’s where I’m really excited to dive into the fleshlight product line. I bought a Fleshlight Turbo when they first came out, and it was excellent. I used it until it finally broke down a few years later and needed to go. After that, I’ve mostly bought the Kiiroo strokers and a few other from Doc Johnson, Tenga, LELO, and some others. Kiiroo and Fleshlight have collaborated in the past but primarily they are competitors. I happen to have both brands version of the Kayley Gunner sleeve. They will be featured in our very first head to head look at each companies take on Gunner.
The short version, Kiiroo takes the lead for intense stimulation, suction strength, and ease of cleaning/storage. Fleshlight takes the win for softness and realistic feeling tunnel textures.

Pairs Well With
We recently brought in some new lube and gave it a try. It worked really well with the Fleshlight material, and it didn’t dry out as quickly as the normal water based lubes we use. Simply Lube TNLC

Verdict
Fleshlight has been the gold standard of male masturbation sleeves for years, and it’s very clear why. Kayley gunner Fully Loaded combines the thrill of knowing the entrance was molded from your favorite adult content creator, and their R+D team created the most realistic feeling sleeve we’ve tried to date. The size is small enough that you can easily keep it tucked away if privacy is a concern, and the loudness or slurping sounds this sleeve creates are quite minimal. Students living at home or those with roomates, take note, this would suit your needs very well. We own dozens of sleeves and strokers, so believe me when I say this is the most realistic, or better yet, try it for yourself.
